What Happens to the Collected Waste?We securely bag and dispose of it properly, so you don’t have to worry about handling or storing it. Either into your dumpster, or we can haul away for an additional fee.

Can My Dog Be Outside During Service?Yes! Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside while we work. However, for the safety of both your pet and our team, we ask that aggressive or overly protective dogs be kept inside or in a separate area during service. If your dog enjoys company, we’re always happy to say hello while we clean!

Do I Need to Be Home During Service?No. We can perform the cleanup while you’re away, as long as we have clear access to your yard.

How Often Should I Get Service?Choose a schedule that works for you—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or twice a week. Most opt for weekly services. We also offer one-time cleanups for special occasions.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
